TLDR; love your silver by wearing it often, polishing it occasionally, and relishing the gentle marks left behind by the moments you spent with it on. patina is natural, normal, and beautiful. scratches are just journal entries.
the details:
Cleaning
Wash silver by hand in hot, soapy water as soon as possible after use. You can use a non-ionic or anionic detergent in distilled water. Avoid lemon-scented detergents and those that contain chlorides. Rinse well in hot water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Polishing
Use a good quality silver polish to remove tarnish. Apply the polish directly to the clean surface and polish with a soft cotton cloth. You can use a worn toothbrush or fine natural-bristle brush to clean crevices. Your purchase comes with a polishing cloth.
Storing
Store silver in a tarnish-proof cloth or silver storage box. Your order will come with an anti-tarnish strip and a polishing cloth! Keep it away from heat, light, and humidity. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area.
Using
Regular use of silver reduces tarnish and helps develop a glow called patina. Rinse silver immediately after contact with acidic foods or foods that might cause corrosion, such as salt, lemon, vinegar, eggs, and mayonnaise.

Use a piece of paper or string: Wrap a piece of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where the ends meet, and measure the length in millimeters. Divide the measurement by 3.14 (pi) to get the diameter of the ring. Then, use a ring size chart to find the closest measurement.
Use another ring: Measure the inside of an existing ring from edge to edge in millimeters.
Use a virtual ring sizer: Use an online tool to match a ring against a screen to determine the size.
Use a ring size chart: A ring size chart can help ensure accurate measurements.

Vintage pieces have already withstood the ultimate test; time.
Most vintage pieces are made with higher quality materials and craftsmanship so they last longer, reduce the need for new production, and minimize environmental impact.
Vintage items offer a sense of history that you can't find with mass-produced modern products, making your wardrobe more distinctive.
